MDV1 has created a way for a busy physician who wants to have a no nonsense approach to editing their work. It’s simple, It’s quick and saves you time!



How does RAVE™ work?

Record your surgery either in VHS, CD or DVD. Most OR’s have a recording device such as the Stryker, Olympus or equivalent. Preferably record your case in MPEG 4 or MPEG 2. Send your media file to the MDV1 video editing lab. This will begin the process. Once our technicians have completed a preliminary edit portion, the rest of the editing power is completed by e-mail. Each physician will be able to view their work in real time and by using the RAVE™ tool, be able to edit and scroll until satisfied with the results.

What’s next?

Now that your video is completed, you will want to add narration in your own voice. An e-mail with instructions how to add audio will be sent. You will be able to narrate your custom video simple by talking on the phone. How E-Z is that? (Just like an operative report) Our audio call center is state of the art. Outside noise reduction allows for less interference.
